Embark on a serene journey at the Nature’s Energy Balmain Bathhouse, offering a rare sanctuary of calm in today's hectic world.

The Balmain Bathhouse is open and currently features a traditional sauna, steam room, hot spa, showers, and recovery lounge.

Renovations begin in March to expand the bathhouse and change rooms. The new Balmain Bathhouse will feature a magnesium-enriched mineral pool, ice bath, traditional sauna, infrared sauna, salt scrub, and more.

Group Bookings

Group bookings are welcome at any location and can be made online for groups of up to 6 guests. For larger groups, please complete our group booking form. Our Glebe bathhouse can host up to 25 people, Balmain up to 10, and Newtown up to 7.
